how to detect a condition - anywhere

    I might be able to find answer on this elsewhere, but I have not seen it.

    I want a action to happen anywhere i the game, when a set of conditions has been fullfilled.
    Like a constant checking for a given condition - timer-based I guess.

    Is there a best practice for this?

    Just create a called by other action block with the relevant if queries inside of it, & call it after you change one of the relevant conditions/values.
