Building for Android

I think that something went wrong with the keystore. Moreover, only JDK 7u45 actually works without warnings or errors in the report.txt file.

After a lot of effort, I finally managed to get the application installed into the mobile phone.
Then I clicked the installed app but i could only see a black screen.
After a while the visionaire player was terminated.

**Additionaly, I built a game including only one scene, with no sound or video but when I tried to launch the installed app I saw the same black screen that i described earlier.

    any solution?

On your phone in the folder /sdcard/visionaire should be a logfile, else create the folder (sdcard means the built-in drive).

    Have you tried an emulator?

I've had the games also working with BlueStack and Andy (Andy is a lot faster but poor docs)

    ok..........
its not working on either of those now, Bluestack throws a cert error and Andy claims its installed but nothing shows.. I'll try an emulator

Wouldn't it be better if the java and sdk paths were pre defined? every other Android tool does it that way (QT, Eclipse etc)

I can't read anything out of that logfile. Maybe you have a video in the file that is about to be played ? Seems there are still issues.

Before couple of months I have finally managed to run the game. Videos indeed caused the problem, sometimes the fonts, or even the "save game" option.

Then I made another android app which runs normaly on my tablet.

Now using Visionaire 4.2 I've made an app inclunding only one scene & one background (png image). Nothing else.
The app is being installed on tablet but when I'm trying to run it, I only see a black screen. Windows version runs normally. This is the log file:

Uninstalled v4.2 and installed previous version. Visionaire v4.1 android export works.

Simon needs more time for Android, because he is currently the only guy, which can compile it. It's very difficult… I tried it so much times. roll
We hope that we got it in the next 2-3 weeks. smile
