Weird accelerated particles and animations in a build. [SOLVED]

    Hi!
    A youtuber has sent me a video of our demo with a strange behavior of the particles and animations.
    They are displayed at a much higher speed than they should.
    The music, on the other hand, sounds at the correct speed (this video has no music by the way)

display:  1920x1080 

os:       windows 10 
cpu:      AMD Ryzen7 1700 3.7Mhz
