I'm not sure what you mean, are you talking about VS sort code/account number or your own? I would recommend using a credit/visa card or paypal to purchase VS.

I pointed him to Marvel, I don't know if he's got sorted yet
On uk cards the sort code is under the card holders name (tiz on natwest)

Might take a while in regards to Thomas, he's often busy, but Simon is online & active on our Discord server pretty much every day.
