Vis4.0 MSVCR110.dll is missing? (Windows XP)

    Right now I'm letting people test part of my demo, and one so far has the problem in the photo.
    He has Windows XP. Can this be the reason? Is XP not supported anymore?

    Please install this http://www.microsoft.com/de-de/download/details.aspx?id=30679 or ship the MSVCR110.dll with your game.
