V4.1 (Mac) don't warn if the editor is closed (cmd + q) with an unsaved project

If I close the editor with File/Close, then I see the warning. If I close the editor with cmd + q (I close all my programs in this way) I see no warning.
By the way, is there an autosave or something to restore unsaved data after a crash for exampe? I found a *.ved.bak in my directory...
