Secondary interface showing when load game is selected

I am having an issue I can't seem to fix. When selecting a save game slot from my save game menu and then clicking on a button that calls the load game command, my secondary interface appears before the save game screens fades out and the save game is loaded?!?

I cannot figure out why this is, when resuming game it does not happen. I have even tried to hide the interface before the game is loaded but that doesn't fix. Any ideas anyone?

Can't seem to squash this. THinking maybe I have to turn off "Auto hide interfaces in menu" and manually do it.

Seems to be a bug with that setting.
