OSX: Action Areas Crash

In a scene under the Way systems tab, if I create an Action area with just the default values. Then go to the Scene Objects tab and select an existing object. Then flip back to the Way systems tab and select the newly created Action area, Visionaire crashes.

This is not just OSX issue. It's a WxWidget issue. It crashes a lot for me too whenever I try to access the action areas tab. I'm using windows 8.1 (x64).
