New to Visionaire and game dev!

    Hi guys!

I'm totally new to game development and Visionaire Studio, BUT for some time I've been itching for bringing some of my ideas to life in form of pixel art style point and click adventures.

So after some research I've come to realized that Visionaire Studio was what I was looking for. I've been toying around a bit (just to get the grips of it) and I think we will become good friends razz

So the reason why I'm posting this here is because I would like some tips for you in order to spare me some trouble with resolution and such. I intend to do my art in pixel style, but for all my time with it, I never used it for a game so I'm a little lost in this regard. So for example, if I decide to make all backgrounds for my game in, let's say, 320x200 px, which resolution should I based my characters on? I usually make all my characters on 64x64 canvas but as I say, I don't know how that will work in Visionaire. It would be enough?

Any help here would be really appreciated guys, and it would me grate service in order to learn a lot about this world (point and click adventure games development!) and make me even eager to start making art for my prototype.

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi and welcome smile
I would see how the character size copes with scene prospective scaling and choose the best compromise; close vs far
