How to create a Title Screen?

HI, just bought Visionaire and I have some questions.

How to create a title screen? It should be easy but Im a newbie and I don't know. I want to add to it three buttons: new game, load game and exit. New game will send player to the first playable area with a character and NPC's. Load game - sends to menu screen with savestates, exit - exits game to system.

How should I start?
