Display value (SOLVED)

    hi smile

I would like to know if it was possible to display a value on screen and if possible via an interface?

I spent the day trying but without success ... I have the brain that works in slow motion these days ....

I would also like to know if there is something to be done to improve the folder created in the scenes ?

I explain if I create a scene and add to its name a dash "-" as in -deplacement it creates a folder that allows me to add all the scenes i want in it, which is very useful when there are many scenes, the only problem is that once a folder is created it becomes difficult to move this folder, or to manage a scene or another folder etc... is there anything to do to improve this please ?

    in advance thank you wink

edit : solved for display value wink

It was only implemented a little while back so it's a bit basic. You should be able to shift click & select a bunch of scenes at once & then drag them up of down the list by left clicking & dragging. Alternatively, select something & use the up/down arrow buttons above the scene list to move the selected scene/folder up or down the list, but take not that the folder will not move the content inside of it when you move it.

The folders are mostly meant as placeholders to seperate things, but also add the ability to  collapse/uncollapse whatever is listed below it  or  whatever is listed  in between that placeholder & the next placeholder. They aren't actually folders.

I didn't actually explain it that well. Was really late here, so I didn't have my thinking hat on. grin

Better explanation: they aren't actually folders, they are still scenes. All you are doing when you type - at the beginning is telling the editor that the scene is a placeholder, which adds the folder icon to it & the option to collapse/uncollapse any scenes listed below it or between that placeholder & the next one below it.

Now, the placeholders are still technically scenes, which means you can still add images, scene objects, values, conditions, etc. In other words you can use them exactly the same as you would use scenes. They still get exported when you build/export your game.
