can't use https link in forum

    hey dev team, 

    i recognized that https links are getting cut out from the post as soons as i create a new topic or post. 


    Here is a https link :


    (above should be a link) 
    when I save it, its gone... Doesnt happen for visionaire-studio.net links. 



    edit: it sometimes seem to wotk for some other image hosting services but not directly for other https links like https to the wiki site

    Strange. Does it work if you wrap it in the url bbcode tags? Yes.

    Maybe it's because of the ?raw=1 bit at the end of the link?

    Strange... it actually managed to parse the long dropbox link (image above - see image below for link), but didn't when I shortened it.

    Maybe the c code or whatever they are coding the link/media parser with is a bit slow & thus hit & miss at times?

    I think a lot of the CMS is programmed with one of the C languages. I forget which. I still think it's a strange choice when you have dedicated web programming languages like php, html5, js/jquery, etc that can do the same stuff & probably faster/easier.

    I mentioned this problem as i cannot post hrefs from any of my Android devices, but i did not dig into a problem deeper. For me solution is to post links on forum from desktop devices.
