Camera won't stay still

    So when my Character gets within about 300pts of the screen edge, the camera moves with him.
    I don't want that.
    How can I make it stop?

    I mean, I only draw backgrounds of 1920x1080 so I'd really appreciate the camera to actually stay on those...

    is this Windows or Mac?
    The game resoluion matches the image resolution?
    Is it full screen?
    On Windows I don't have a problem, there was resolution problems on Mac but I believe these are fixed.. to me it sounds like the player window and image size doesn't match but its only a guess smile
    Is the entire image inside the window?

    It's Win10.
    Yep, the resolutions match and the game runs at full screen.
    The entire background is shown with no borders before the camera moves.
    What's the player window?

    this property need to match

    Don't built the game and set the resolution in the build options, that's been a bit funky in the past

    Is it just one scene?

    Well, I had that set to Full HD from the start.
    It's multiple scenes, some of them had the camera behave strangely.

    I've managed to circumvent the issue though: I realized that the lower edge of the background always lined up neatly with the top of my inventory bar.
    After setting that interface to "Absolute" instead of "Bottom", I can walk my Character straight out of the picture and the camera stays where it should.

    Ah yes that would do it, I was fixated on the right or left edges
