Android on-screen menu icon

When outputting to android, my game shows a round grey icon on-screen with 3 dots inside it, It can be dragged around the screen and has no function. I believe it shows up because my phone (HTC One) does not have a dedicated menu button.

    This page has more info:

Is there any settings I can adjust or is this a VS bug?

I'm targetting Android 4.0, all other systems will have buttons on screen. And I don't have devices with dedicated menu buttons. Could you make a screenshot ?

Ideally we need the back key to show the main interface.
This icon is then not required and can be hidden.
