Do you think it worth adding the other options AFRLme mentioned in another thread?

Yep. Hiding the .vis & .exe would be nice and of course a space for a picture. The language menu is empty here, but I think that's because I only have one language there grin It would be good, if that's not shown, when there's just one language. (I already see the posts before me: Why can't I choose another language, is my copy broken? grin Sorry, too much tech support in my past :p) I would also add a button that says 'play' so you have the choice of just saving and playing and another one for exiting the program. Auto Close is definetly the right thing to do.

    good stuff, man, good stuff.

Language is a tricky one, I'm not sure what the game would do if a language wasn't there

I hope to get back to it this week

if a field is blank its easy enough to have it not write the line at all ie
If GUICtrlRead($Input2) = "" Then Local $Line1 = '# Language =' Else Local $Line1 = 'Language= ' & $read3 EndIf
ez Nigec do you think it would be possible to set the graphic card mode with this too?

if you check out the Sherman Bragbone demo here you'll see that it comes with some kind of weird looking little launcher that lets you choose the Graphic Mode between OpenGL & Direct3D!

On my laptop for instance the Direct3D option seems to make the graphics much smoother as well as how the game runs too whereas the OpenGL mode looks somewhat pixelated & buggy.

    See screenshots below smile

    ***

apparently I can't do a printscreen of the game while the mode is set to Direct3D as all it pastes is Black. - haha - oh well.

try the demo I linked in both modes & you'll see the difference wink

    Safe smile

*** edit: actually it let me save the Direct3D screenshot when I set it to windowed mode wink

2005? it could be an early version of the player? If there is config options for directx/opengl it can be done tho

The old Sherman-Toothrot-Demo was made with Visionaire 2. If I remember correctly, Direct3D support had been dropped in Visionaire 3.
