Also worth noting that publishing to HTML5 in this version, narration text and UI text is appearing all black rather than using the font color. It may be related to the <f wiggle> animation tag as I'm using that a lot.

HTML5 builds have the least amount of support when it comes to features, so it's possible that the new text effects aren't valid for it. I haven't tested it & Simon hasn't mentioned anything about it. Do they display correctly without the text effect tags?

That's too bad because HTML5 is the most accessible way to distribute games to the widest audience. And no, it appears that the text is jumbled and black regardless of the presence of the wiggle tag, though it's worth noting that none of the text does wiggle anyway. It also seems to leak over into other text, like a piece of dialog might be missing but then that missing portion of text replaces the cursor tooltip or some other piece of text.

Just the changelog of the bugfix update 2 1238:

    - Dialog crashes with bitmap fonts resolved
    - Condition symbols are misaligned in high dpi
    - Arabic text effects are now partly working

I'll look into the html5 problems later. It's really not a great platform to work on because you can't make any assumptions about the hardware and many devices are low-end.
