[resolved] Problem with intro vidéo...

    Hello,

I'm having a problem with the intro video (menu setting).

The video is in mkv format (16/9) and the game resolution is 1280x720.

The preview of the video is normal. But when I start the game, the video is distorted (contracted in 4/3). Even checking "Scale movie ...", no change.

I specify that the game starts in window mode (I do not know how to tell him to start in fullscreen).

    Thank you.

Are you talking about the Visionaire Splash video? I think we currently only have a 16:9 version of it. Maybe Thomas (Marvel) can export out a 4:3 version at some point or maybe you can re-export it yourself if you have some video editing application laying around?

Actually, sorry, I'm still half asleep. 1280x720 is also 16:9. The video should scale correctly. Can you share a screenshot or video so we can see what it looks like?

    Vidéo : 720x576 (1,487)
I only have this problem with VS, when I run the game.

    I did a test with the setting : 720x576 (1.000 - square pixels).

The image is distorted on a player (VLC), but normal on VS. Except that it is reduced.

    Maybe try a different resolution?  720 x 405?

Thank you, it works in 720x405.

But it's too bad that the VS player does not work like a conventional player (VLC example).

VS keeps aspect ratio. The video has to be able to scale up/down to the resolution otherwise it will end up with horizontal/vertical black borders. It doesn't stretch the video to fill the available space.
