Scaling up low resolution graphics in widescreen aspect ratios

Hey Visionaire community, I'm assessing adventure game engines to find a good fit for a game I'm working on. The game has a retro pixel art feel but I'd like to make it a widescreen 16x9 ratio and not be confined to 4x3 ratio. Is it possible in Visionaire to scale backgrounds and sprites to achieve this look? Or possibly do a custom resolution and have that scale up to fit 720p?

Hmm, right after I posted this I found the 320x200 resolution option... I may have answered my own question! I'd still be interested in hearing if there are other ways of making a widescreen pixel art game, but for now I think this will do the trick!

My game is a low res game (320x180). It looks great in 1920x1200. The only issue with visionaire at the moment is that it doesn't support integer scaling. That means that in some resolutions like 1366x768 the scaling is a bit off and some pixels are not displayed correctly. The good news is that the visionaire's developer team is looking into it... so we might get integer scaling in an upcoming update. smile

OK, awesome! I just started converting my test scene to see how it works at 320x200, but I am setting that as my resolution. How do you run at 1920x1200 and scale up your lower resolution art?

In visionaire I am working at 320x180 and when I run the game in fullscreen it gets scaled up automatically. 1920 is a multiple of 320 so it gets scaled correctly.
