I will be posting a demo soon.(Added at Page 2 of this thread a video) It will be buggy and with lots of things missing (its a demo).
    Where should I post it?
I am working on a website too and to get an endorsement from a company.. is that OK with VS rules? They are willing to pay for my website and a few other things provided that I put their logo on the game start.

Where can I find the VS image so I can show it as the game starts so VS will allow me to post a game? Does it have to be the video? The one the demo came with is pretty bad quality.

I also want to post a pre-demo for only this group so I can collect some feedback. Anyone there willing to give it a look/go?

WARNING: The game has adult nature material like boobs/sexual references/swearing/etc (toons) something like Leisure Suit Larry from Sierra if anyone remembers.

Amusing name... you specifically targeting Canadians? grin

Is the game being made for the company? Are you planning on releasing it for profit (boxed product &/or on a digital distribution service such as Steam)?

You can find the 1080p version of the current VS4 video splash here.

You can find a semi-large version of the Visionaire Studio logo with a transparent background here.

    * aisus, bloody vs cms keeps trying to parse the image even though I've wrapped it in a url tag. Anyway... you can find the logo image here. It's called "logo_lrg dot png"

The game is intended to be for steam use/digital distribution only. If SteamGreenlight fails I will most probably try to sell it on the website that I will be doing (Thats OK right?)

The game at this point is being made by me for the company which if it goes through SteamGreen light and it can be sold they have agreed to buy the game off me for a sum and commission me for another (Steady job I hope).

Does it matter which logo come's first? Just posting the logo is OK right? I really feel obligated to VS for creating such an awesome software and I don't want to make anything wrong with this.

Funny thing though , the game is targeted for English speaking users and Americans , mostly because of the funny references that the hero uses during his conversations

    Ps
Thank you for the links but I don't have dropbox , only google drive. I will have to make an account I guess. Do I have to use the LOGO and then the video? Or just one?

The actual name is "Finding Mr Fart"
Mr Fart (which is short of Fartolomiu) is a rich person gone missing. Tom (The hero) is a private investigator (TIT - The Investigator Tom) who is called by Mrs Fart to find her husband.

The problem is that Mr Fart owned an adult movie studio that went bankrupt but Mr Fart managed to cash in before leaving everyone unpaid so there are many jealous husbands/wife's/former girlfriends/porn-stars that are possible kidnappers so our hero has to inspect every possible subject. He starts from his former secretary at her house and then moves into Mr Fart's hotel where Mr Fart had a busy agenda.

Thank you. I will be posting the pre-demo (Just for this community) either tonight (late) or tomorrow morning. If I don't make it I will try for a screen captured video

Hmm... you will have to Speak to Thomas (Marvel) as games published by third parties or commissioned by other individuals/companies do typically need the professional license, but you will have to confirm with him. There's no rush though as you don't need to sort out the license until you plan on releasing the full game.

As for splash videos / logos, you can place them in any order. You don't technically have to use the splash video or include it at the beginning of the game. You just have to show the logo somewhere (end credits / credits video is fine, or as a logo placed somewhere on your menu screen is also fine).

That's the thing though , the company does not own the game (yet) until it goes through Greenlight and gets accepted for purchase since currently is like having crowdfunding with the company only requesting that their logo goes on it (they don't want any of the profits if I ever make some). If it doesn't go through then like I said I will be selling it on a website (the game one) personally as the company won't be buying it.

If the game gets through , then the company will pay for that license (if indeed a pro one is needed) but like you said we can sort it out when/if (I hope) the time comes. It will be good to know in advance though.
