My character walks over the many objects

Hello!
The first apologize for my English. I have no chance of knowing. I am using a translator. Apologies. I hope you understand correctly.
I'm starting to use the program. Very interesting. Congratulations. The best I've tried so far, since my needs.

I have a problem, probably very basic.

The objects of my game does not cover the character correctly. My character walks over almost everyone. At first I did not. Then I put several more and he now walks all over less than one. I suspect it has to do with the order of the objects in the list, but as much as I taste several COMBINATIONS, I can not change.

And another thing, when I try the game, no build, giving a "save & run", he is going rather slow, to death. Is this normal? In the build I'll be okay. My resolution is 1024x768.

A greeting and thank you very much for responding.

Greetings!

A good starting point would be Glenfx's tutorial, part 4 explains how to set items up so you walk in front of them and behind:

As far as I know its only in English

Not sure why your game is running slow

Well, if your game runs slowly, try to install the latest graphic drivers... and you should cancel any filesharing tools or big applications! wink The Editor needs a lot of space in ram, so minimize it while playing.

Thank you!

The problem of walking over objects, it was my fault. Apologies. I moved the folder where I had the sprites to another place and overlapped as the object on the same image on stage, I did not realize until later.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

The other problem which worries me more go slowly. I understand your response should be at normal speed under normal conditions. We shall investigate to see. Watch what you say about the drivers first.
I have in Win7, I do not know if this is the problem.

A greeting.

Thanks for the replies.
